Orders may be delayed due to item availability or credit card verification issues. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the FedEx tracking system. You can track your order via www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack.

We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

Alavonauersperg.com offers the following types of shipping within the U.S. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any order modifications before the order has shipped. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at customercare@alavonauersperg.com. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.

If we are unable to cancel or make the requested change to your order before it ships, we will send you a prepaid return-shipping label so that you can return the item at your convenience as long as it is in accordance with our return policy.

 

RETURNS

Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible—we want you to be pleased with everything you receive from Ala von Auersperg! However, we understand that not everything you purchase always works out. If that’s the case and you need to return something, please read our return policy below. 

U.S. ONLINE RETURN POLICY
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Merchandise being returned must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. 
  • We do not price adjust at this time.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Ala von Auersperg reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order on alavonauersperg.com.

 

Return Instructions

If your merchandise meets the above policy requirements, please visit alavonauersperg.com to request a return by selecting my account > order history. Select the order # and then select return items from this order.

If you do not have an account with Ala von Auersperg, please email us at customercare@alavonauersperg.com. You will be emailed a prepaid FedEx shipping label. Please note that a flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your order refund for return shipping.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow 2 weeks from the day you ship your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

U.S. STORE RETURN POLICY
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date accompanied by the original receipt.  Merchandise may only be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value. All other standard Ala Isham return policy terms and conditions apply.

At this time, all international purchases placed through International Checkout are final sale and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

TRUNK SHOW RETURN POLICY

At this time, all Trunk Show purchases are final sale and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the case of items damaged during shipping, please immediately email us at customercare@alavonauersperg.com. Please include “Damaged Product” in the subject of the email. We will work with you to replace your item as quickly as possible.
